Our Shed the Kilo’s programs are designed to make theweight loss (1) change to a ‘Healthy Life Style’.
We have created the ‘No Diet’ Diets to  achieve a Permanent Weight Loss for everyone.

We have two ‘Shed the Kilo’s’  programs to choose from.

Our 12 for 12 program is designed for 12 people for a period of 12 weeks. These people would generally have more than 15kg to lose and may have tried several times to shift the weight.

Our 6 for 6 program is designed for 6 or more people who would generally have less than 15kg to lose.
